Stop Loss
A pre-set price where you exit a losing trade, limiting how much you can lose on it.
A stop loss isn't a number picked by feel — it's the price at which the reason you entered the trade is no longer true. It belongs at the point where the setup is genuinely invalidated, not at an arbitrary distance that feels comfortable. This is the single most important habit separating traders who last from traders who don't.
